This is my first time trying a protein powder for after my workouts. the only other things I tried were meal replacement and breakfast smoothie powders. overall, I think it was a good buy. mix a shock with a bottle of Blender immediately after my workouts normally and even occasionally during the day between meals. haven't tried any other protein powders to compare, but the taste is better than expected.
